You take a deep breath, enjoying the crisp early morning air as you walk through the park at a casual pace., heading toward the mining caves. Fall is your favorite time of year for hikes. Cooler temperature, colorful leaves, it’s a nice break from the fun but chaotic Halloween activities. Plus, the trails are usually pretty empty, with everyone focused on the upcoming parties, treats, and costumes. A relaxing walk, home for lunch, and then kicking off the festivities. The perfect Halloween. Up ahead, you see Wicke sitting in the shade of a small copse of trees. He always picks a shady spot when he settles in one place, to protect the candles from the sun. You often stop and chat on your way to the trails. Normally he’s animatedly enticing customers, teasing them with tips on how to choose the best graves to dig up and showing off his wares. Today he’s lying down, head on his paws, dampened flames flickering just enough to heat the candles on his horns. They're

Tell me something good In the comments, tell me something good that has happened to you this week.  It can be on Wajas or IRL, either is fine.  Lets spread some positivity! I will choose 5 people randomly to win one of the Frost Fairy Wings of their choice (excluding the original one, only the ones I have available as prizes can be claimed).  These winners will be pinged on the winner thread to make their selection. Ends: 4 PM EST, 9/30 I may choose more winners if we have a lot of entries, but at the minimum, there will be 5. Please keep everything PG-13. One entry per person. I will lock this at 4 PM and draw winners either immediately after or tomorrow morning, TBD.

Autumn is finally here, and it's the perfect season to get nice and cozy in a warm sweater!

Quite a few of you probably have feathers on the brain like I have with the breeding event, park drops, ect. Because of that I went ahead and wrote you all some feather trivia. Not the waja kind, but the actual physical feather. Birds lovers rejoice. Have a favorite bird? Tell me in the comments I am not sure I could pick a favorite bird myself, but if you haven't heard the call of the loudest bird, the White Bellbird, highly recommend looking up a video.
